Greetings! I wanted to take a moment and let you know about two upcoming events where I will be with a book table, sharing The New Messianic Version of the Bible -- a labour of love that has taken 12 years. You can find those dates and information below. 

I also want to make a special request:

I am in the process of working on my schedule for the next six months and am looking for opportunities to share the Jewish/Hebraic Roots and background of many of the things Jesus (Yeshua) did. Would you be willing to help me be in touch with your pastor friends about me? Thank you in advance! 

Here is a short sampling of the many topics I would love to share:

MESSIAH IN THE PASSOVER 
         1 hour standard
         11/4  to 11/2 hours with communion
         11/2 hour with Sample Foods & Communion
         21/2 hours or more Banquet
It was no coincidence that Jesus chose the Passover now celebrated as communion, the Lord's supper; for the story of the Passover lamb, Jesus the Messiah could best communicate the course he would be taking over the confusing hours that were to follow. During the Passover/Easter season, representatives of Tōv Rose is available to speak to your group or church. The "Messiah in the Passover" demonstration is ideal for any Sunday, but a demonstration that includes your communion service is especially meaningful. Passover banquets are appropriate all year, but are very popular during the Passover/Easter season. Many churches find that a banquet works well on a Friday or Saturday.
FALL FEASTS OF ISRAEL 
1-hour to 90-minutes length
This can be presented in one or a series of messages that explain how the Messiah is related to the following Jewish feasts:

            Rosh Hashanah (Feast of Trumpets), which celebrates the beginning of the Jewish Civil year.
            Yom Kippur (Day of Atonement), which is considered the holiest day of the Jewish year.
            Sukkot (Feast of Tabernacles/Booths), which recalls 40 years of wandering in the wilderness, living in tents (booths) and worshiping in a portable tabernacle.

MESSIAH IN THE OLD TESTAMENT 
45-minutes to 1 hour length
This is a sermon outlining the major prophecies in the Old Testament, which predicted the coming of Messiah. It is a faith-building message that explores the plan of salvation in the Old Testament and helps Christians to better understand their Jewish neighbors.

FUTURE OF ISRAEL
45-minutes to 1 hour length
God's plan for the Jewish people is presented through the exposition of various Old and New Testament texts. We also preach a message on the future of Gentiles and their role in the redemption of Israel. A combination of these messages makes a wonderful series that is well suited for either a Sunday morning or evening service.

THE CHURCH AND THE JEWISH PEOPLE 
45-minutes to 1 hour length
This sermon is rooted and grounded in Romans chapters 9 through 11, and examines the relationship that exists between Israel and the Church. Why it important for Churches and non-Jewish Christians to understand that they are Jewish evangelism.

UNDERSTANDING THE TIMES 
45-minutes to 1 hour length
The Israeli/Palestinian Conflict, Wars & Rumors of War, is America coming to an end? What is happening in our world, and what should be our response and perspective?
Tōv is intimately acquainted with America’s history, history in the Mid-East, our national security threats, our most serious outside threats- radical Islam and virulent Hindusim in Government, and what to watch for in the future.
An expert Bible prophecy teacher, his biblical worldview helps him address with clarity the unique complexities in Israel, the Middle East, with Russia, China and Europe, and provides an understanding of how events will unfold in the days ahead.

THE REVELATION OF JESUS 
45-minutes to 1 hour length
(“...which God gave unto him, to show unto his servants things which must shortly come to pass.”  Revelation 1:1)
 A prophetic teaching combining Bible text and current events to consider the possibility that we are very near the end of the End Times.

PERSONAL TESTIMONY 
20-minutes to 1 hour length
Tōv is a Jewish believer in Jesus.  His story and background which will encourage your church.

CHAPEL SERVICES 
20-minutes to 1 hour length
In addition to ministering in the local churches and conferences, Tōv also partners with schools and seminaries, and many on our volunteer Chaplain staff are available to come bring various presentations. You can schedule a speaker for a chapel service, a class or perhaps be part of your missions' emphasis fair and conference. This would be a great opportunity for the students to learn more about Entertainment & Jewish missions and how they can participate in short-term ministry in Israel, New York City, south Florida, Los Angeles, and many more places in the North America and around the world.

THE GOD OF THE HEBREW BIBLE 
45-minutes to 1 hour length
Therefore my people shall know my name; therefore in that day I am the One who is speaking, ‘Here I am’. Isaiah 52:6
Tōv’s research began with a simple question based on the statement made by Jesus, “All things have been committed to me by my Father. No one knows the Son except the Father, and no one knows the Father except the Son and those to whom the Son chooses to reveal him.” (Matthew 11:27 KJV). Tōv says, "If no one has known God the Father, then who have my Jewish ancestors worshiped?"
This sermon exposes the secrets of “The Emmaus Road Revelation,” and promises to challenge believers to step out from behind the skirts of Jesus to “approach the throne of grace boldly” (Hebrews 4:16): The Throne of GOD, Our Father.

Democratic Party Flying OBAMA Flag (Is this North Korea)?

Some things just make you scratch your head wondering what in the world is going on in your world. Ever have a day like that? I did after seeing this article about Democrats in Florida flying a "USA" flag missing the stars, but with a face of the President on it. I'm not a conspiracy theorist, but you have to at least scratch your head at this one...

A veteran who saw what resembled a U.S. flag with President Obama's image where the stars were supposed to be demanded that the Lake County, Fla., Democratic Party remove the flag which flew outside their headquarters.

"It's absolutely disrespectful," 71-year-old veteran Jim Bradford told Fox News. "It's totally ridiculous. To put somebody's picture there, to me, it's a disgrace to do that."

The flag with the president's image was spotted flying under the American flag outside of the Democrat Party office. Bradford took pictures of the flag in front of the headquarters and after researching the issue and finding it was in violation of U.S. law.

Since the property is in Florida, Statute 256.05 of the state's code says: "No person shall, in any manner, for exhibition or display:

"(1) Place or cause to be placed any word, figure, mark, picture, design, drawing or advertisement of any nature upon any flag, standard, color, ensign or shield of the United States or of this state, or authorized by any law of the United States or this state; or

"(2) Expose to public view any such flag, standard, color, ensign or shield upon which shall have been printed, painted or otherwise produced, or to which shall have been attached, appended, affixed or annexed any such word, figure, mark, picture, design, drawing or advertisement."

Soon after Bradford circulated a picture of the flag, a group of veterans showed up at the Democratic Party office and delivered the chairwoman of the Lake County Democratic Party, Nancy Hurlbert, a copy of the federal code governing the U.S. flag.

"We read that to her, but she would not accept that," Bradford told Fox News. "The discussion finally got a little heated."

Bradford and his group offered to take the flag down, instead replacing it with the POW/MIA flag the group offered as a gift, but Hurlbert declined their offer. "No, you will not," Hurlbert told the veterans. "This is private property."

The chairlady said the flag had been given to the group as a gift and had been flying in front of the headquarters for about two months. Before Bradford and his fellow veterans showed up there had been no complaints.

"It leads me to believe that it's not about the flag," Hurlbert told Fox News. "Certain elements cannot accept Barack Obama as president."

Hurlbert eventually relented and removed the flag, but when asked if she or Democratic Party officials would fly it again, Hurlbert would not say.

"I won't say no and I won't say yes," she said. "We want to find out what our legal rights are."

The group's chairlady refused to take the POW/MIA flag. It has also been determined that the flag with Obama's image was made in China. Several states have introduced and passed legislation requiring that all U.S. flags been made in America.

Yesterday I received a letter in the mail from the City of Eagan, MN (www.cityofeagan.com/inflow). I typically throw letters away that come from the city, because there's rarely anything in them that is of relevance to me that I don't already get on the local news reports or in the local newspaper. 

I couldn't have been more wrong about this one and I am very happy I actually opened it! What stood out to me more than anything else was the blatant illegal implantation of United Nations Rule 41, and the lack of due process in imposing fees and penalties for non-compliance, imposed on my city (and their complete compliance), by this completely un-elected body known as the Metropolitan Council. 

Then there's also the seriousness of unlawful search of my personal residence. 

Of course, my family home comes under the $500 per month in illegally imposed government penalties. 

It is important to note that the Un-Elected Metropolitan Council has spent decades mandating that cities in their governance area build multifamily homes, which means that a substantial number of these homes now exist, such as mine. What this amounts to is an illegal tax, penalty for non-compliance (even for compliance if my residence is found at fault), without due process. 

Welcome to America. Land of the oppressed and citizens without voice?

As you were informed in a previous letter, the City of Eagan is conducting a city-wide internal residential and commercial property inspection program aimed at reducing the amount of storm water and groundwater entering into the metropolitan sanitary serer system. The problem is called inflow and infiltration (I&I).  Eagan is one of the 37 metro communities that pas a surcharge for generating too much storm water, exceeding plant and pipe capacities and requiring unnecessary treatment by the sanitary sewer system.

The inspections are necessary to find and eliminate the sources of these excessive flows as mandated to Eagan by the Metropolitan Council Environmental Services (MCES).

Inspections are Mandatory

You MUST respond to this notice within 30 days of the date of this letter or fees will be assessed to your Utility Bill.

You are receiving this letter because your property is located in a sewer district that is contributing large flows of clearwater into the sewer system. The inspector will be looking for properly piped sump pumps, roof downspouts and foundation drains. There is NO CHARGE for this inspection, but there will be a SURCHARGE ADDED to your Utility Bill if you do not contact us within 30 days to schedule this inspection.

The City of Eagan has contracted with the consulting firm SEH Inc. to conduct the internal inspections , which will take approximately one half hour. A person at least 18 years of age must be present during the entire inspection process. The inspectors will have to enter your utility/mechanical room to inspect the sewer system. Rental tenants are responsible for informing their landlord of the inspection and providing them with the results. 

Appointments are available Monday-Friday, 7:00am through 5 p.m.

Why Are Inspections Mandatory?

Most residential and commercial properties in the Midwest have been built with a piping system around the foundation to collect rainwater, groundwater, or snow-melt to remove it from the structure before it seeps into your basement. However, when a a sump pump or other pipes are improperly connected into the sanitary sewer system, the system and the treatment plants become overloaded and sewer backups can occur or raw sewage could overflow into lakes, streams, and ponds during large storm events. This is not good for your health or the environment, and it makes the cost of treating waste-water much more expensive. The only way to find these sources of clear water connections is through an internal inspection of the sewer system serving each property in Eagan.

What happens during the Inspection?

A certified City inspector will meet you at you at your property and will examine your sewer system to see if there are any improper connections. He will need full access to the lowest living level of your home to inspect sump basin and pump connections. A copy of the inspection results will be provided when finished. 

What Happens After the Inspection?

Upon completion of the inspection there will be one of two results. Either your property will be found compliant and the City will issue a certificate of Compliance (you will not have to do anything further); or your property will me identified as non-comliant and you will mailed a Corrective Work Order identifying what must be done to bring it into compliance with City Codes.

Non-compliance simply means your property has an improper connection to the sewer system or there are problems with your sump system. At this point you will be given 60 days to make necessary corrections or repairs. You may do the work yourself or hire a licensed plumber or certified pipe-layer contractor. However, a City Permit is required for all repair work regardless of who does it.

Please Note: The City Council has adopted a Policy whereby the City will pay for 50% of the cost to make the necessary corrective repairs for single family residential properties. 

If you do not schedule and inspection, or fail to make repairs on a non-compliant property, the following SURCHARGES WILL BE ADDED TO YOUR UTILITY BILL:

$150 PER MONTH for single family properties

$500 PER MONTH for all others

(Until the inspections are scheduled or the repairs completed)
